for any valid reason (such as problems with our product), please

a Trouble Ticket. We usually respond within 24 hours, and
will do whatever we can to remedy the problem in a way that is mutually
beneficial.
Shipping
Shipments are made the next business day. When an item is out of
stock, it is usually stated on the web site, and you will receive
an email stating such conditions. In some instances, we have a slight
back-log, and even if the order is placed early Tuesday, it won't
go out until Friday, for example. If it takes more than 2 business
days to ship the product out, we may elect to expedite shipment
at no cost to you. This does not apply to International Orders.
If your order is placed on Friday, it likely will not go out until
Monday.
E-Checks
Orders do not ship until payment is received. Thus, when paying
by PayPal e-check or bank transfer, the order will not ship until
the e-check clears through PayPal.
Software
Software orders are fulfilled within 24 hours after the order is
placed by providing you information to download it. To keep prices
on software as low as possible, we do not ship software CDs. Please
check your email, if you do not receive an email with instructions
to download your software within 24 hours, you should Submit
a Trouble Ticket.
Orders
All orders are final once the product has shipped. If the product
has not been shipped, the order may be canceled. Once the product
has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If an item is defective,
we will attempt to trouble-shoot it and determine the cause of the
problem before having you return the unit. Once a defective unit
is returned, it will be repaired or replaced, at TheCarPCStore.com's
discretion.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days
from the original invoice date for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may
apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with
a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product
listing. Customers must inform TheCarPCStore.com of any order discrepancy
within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve
the situation accordingly.
TheCarPCStore.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - We offer our customers a 30-day
satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at TheCarPCStore.com will effectively
void warranty coverage. Improper Installation of products may cause internal
damage and are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for
refund or replacement, but may be returned for repair and returned at
the customer's expense. Physical damage includes but is not limited to
improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular
usage.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping
charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.
Warranty
All product warranties are stated on the product page. If no warranty
is stated, contact us for more information.
Upgrades
If you purchase a product that can be upgraded in some fashion (such
as firmware or software updates), you can receive free upgrades
(you will have to pay shipping charges) for the length of the warranty.

TheCarPCStore.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail.
All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped
(except with International orders).
