How do I place an order?

Note: If you came from a distributor's website link, the cart and checkout process is hidden. In this case, you can reload the site using one of the below addresses.

Once at our website, use the Products item from the main menu bar. It drops down so you can select a product or category. Select the product you are interested in and wait for the page to load completely. Once that is done, you can click the icon that looks like a shopping cart to add the product to it. After adding all the items to the cart, check the I Agree to the Terms and Conditions box, then click "Check Out" at the upper right or lower right side of your screen and complete the checkout process.

For example:

1. I move the mouse to Products, then to Wire, then click on 24 Gauge, Stranded, 2 Conductor Wire.
2. I wait for the page to load.
3. Then I click the dark blue icon that looks like a shopping cart to the right of the price.
4. I'm all done so I check the "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions" box below the Total.
5. Then click "Begin Check Out" at the upper right of the screen.
6. It gives me a message about submitting the order. I click Ok and wait for the next page to load.
7. If everything is ok, click Continue and wait for the next page to load.
8. Now, either enter your existing PayPal account username and password, or if you don't have an account use the Click Here button.
9. Complete the PayPal checkout process, entering your name, address, etc., and you will be emailed a confirmation.

Another Note: The website requires JavaScript and Cookies to properly function. If these are disabled, or you are using an old browser, this site may not function properly.

How do I complete the checkout Process?

If you do not have a PayPal account:
Once completing all steps outlined above and you are at the PayPal login page:

1. Click the button to the right of the statement "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" that says "Click Here".
2. Put in your name, address, and properly fill in all the other fields, then click "Continue Checkout".
3. Enter your Credit Card information, Phone Number, Type the Security Measure Characters, add any comments, etc. and Click "Continue Checkout".
4. Review the order and other info. If everything is correct, then Click Pay.

If you do have a PayPal Account, everything is basically the same except Step 1, where instead of using the "Click Here" button, you enter your PayPal login and password, then click Continue. Continue from step 2 above.

How do I remove an item from the cart?

Each item in the cart has a link that says "Remove Item". Click it, and the item will be deleted from the cart.

How do I change how many of an item I want to buy?

Each item in the cart has a text box under the Qty column. Change the number to the quantity you wish to purchase, and click "Refresh Cart".

Are quantity discounts available?
